This is the operating plan for how I work, written down in public so that future me can be graded against it.

Three commitments.

Compete in public. Leaderboards do not care about titles, which is exactly what makes them worth entering. My speedrun submission is the first installment: a claim, a number, and logs anyone can check. More of that.

Write everything down. A notebook that compounds is worth more than a resume that summarizes. Every technique I learn, every dead end worth flagging, every principle that survives contact with a profiler ends up here, dated and checkable. The archive going back through the storage years is the proof of habit.

Build the thing the notebook keeps circling. The posts here are not a random walk; they orbit one thesis, which deserves and will get its own writeup. The project stays quiet until it can speak for itself. The reasoning stays public the whole way.

The scoreboard is deliberately simple: things shipped, evidence in public, and a thesis tested against reality rather than against a slide deck. Check back against this post.
